Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates
Standard shipping is $8 on orders under $70, and free on orders of $70 or more.

Preorders
Preorder items ship on or around the date listed on the product page. If your order includes a preorder item, the whole order ships together once everything is ready. If a ship date changes, we'll email you, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Processing and delivery
In-stock orders ship within 3 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, email us at hey@theroundshop.com and we'll make it right.
